VAT AND DUTY
If you are buying goods from our site outside the UK or EU, you will not have to pay VAT. You do need to be aware that there may be import fees or duty charges for the goods you purchase from our store. Those will be paid locally when you pick up your item and will not be charged to you by us.
If you are a customer buying from the EU and you would like to be exempt from paying VAT, you can apply for a VAT company number. You can add this number to your account information, and the VAT discount will be applied to your future orders. If you already have a valid VAT number, simply enter it with your payment information when you register or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your valid VAT number.
For those customers who have a valid VAT number, who have not had VAT removed from their final purchase amount, please email email@example.com for a refund. We will need to check your VAT number through the European Commission VAT validator.
